How can one not speak about war, poverty, and inequality when people who suffer from these afflictions don't have a voice to speak?

Well i dont know what to say but i geuss i will give it a try but i think that what this means is that if someone that basically has no power cant speak for their fellow members than how are they sappose to live. if they cant say anything than it will just get worst and they will die.
